A skilled leader with proven history of guiding cross-functional teams to drive business transformation, Amy partners with clients to solve complex business problems by improving customer experience and engagement.
Amy has deep experience designing and introducing customer engagement programs, developing custom digital platforms for customers and partners, improving business process effectiveness, and optimizing digital customer experiences.
In addition to her practice leadership and consulting responsibilities, Amy is the leader of our Seattle office, an executive sponsor our center of excellence (COE) in human-centered design, and a passionate brand ambassador and mentor.
Amy joined West Monroe from Hitachi Consulting, where she was vice president, a member of the Digital Transformation leadership team and the Seattle Office lead. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a dual MBA and MHA from Georgia State University.
A wife and mother, Amy loves living in Seattle, where there’s always something fun to do outside. She enjoys traveling with her family – internationally in the summer and to ski destinations in the winter. Interesting fact: Amy was born in West Monroe, Louisiana.
Amy makes time to serve on the boards of and Juma Ventures, a non-profit social enterprise that operates businesses that employ low-income youth. She is also actively involved in fund raising for education for her kids’ school.
