West Monroe creates tangible financial value for our clients. As chief commercial officer, Casey ensures that the work we do helps our clients navigate evolving challenges and capture value from new technologies and ways of working. Casey built the CCO role from the ground up, providing leadership for market intelligence, offering design, and proprietary assets that address clients’ issues efficiently. Her leadership extends across all go-to- market functions including corporate strategy, partnerships, voice of the customer, delivery innovation, marketing, and other areas that are instrumental in defining and delivering the value we promise.
As a member of West Monroe’s Executive Team, Casey’s perspectives about client priorities and market trend are integral to shaping the firm’s strategy. Her insight and ideas shape the way West Monroe “shows up” for clients – both in what we do and the value we create.
She joined West Monroe from Discover Card in 2008, assumed leadership of the marketing function in 2011, and was named chief marketing officer in 2019. She taps into this deep marketing experience to enhance the firm's go-to-market strategies and ensure our work is tightly aligned with client needs and market opportunities. She has a B.S. from Boston University and an M.S. from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism.
Casey thrives amid fast-moving change – always looking for the next hill to climb. She enjoys mentoring and building the next generation of leaders who are ready for a high-intensity journey. She applies this drive and determination in her personal life, as well, as a Peloton fanatic.
Casey is passionate about building the consulting firm of the future – one that brings unique capabilities for helping clients be digital leaders and delivers those capabilities more effectively than other firms can. She is constantly looking for and finding opportunities to create value for clients and pushes our teams to take advantage of those opportunities.
Since losing her mother to pancreatic cancer, she has avidly supported the cause and efforts to improve early detection – including raising tens of thousands of dollars for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network through marathons and other fundraising efforts. She also serves on the board of Girls on the Run Chicago.
