As president and a member of the Board of Directors, Gil oversees consulting, client success, strategy, revenue growth, and marketing. He ensures the firm meets both immediate and long-term client needs while driving revenue and commercial growth. Gil previously served as West Monroe’s COO, transforming the firm’s operating model to support continued growth.

Since joining in 2010 as employee No. 1 in New York, he has built the office into one of our largest. Gil has also led key industry practices and served as COO. His three decades of experience include leadership roles at BearingPoint and AT Kearney. He holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an MBA from INSEAD.

Gil’s All-In Mindset

Gil’s entrepreneurial mindset, shaped by his global experience and athletic background, has fueled West Monroe’s expansion. A former professional European handball player, he now calls New York home, where he lives with his wife and three children.
