Jeremy Tancredi

Managing productivity improvement programs for large distribution clients resulting in more than $10 million in annual labor savings is the kind of impact Jeremy creates for clients.

Years of operations experience affords Jeremy a unique perspective on productivity and supply chain issues. As an operations manager in retail distribution, he’s been where our clients are and understands the challenges that can arise when implementing new processes. Jeremy’s effectiveness stems just as much from his positive attitude and energy as it does from his industry knowledge. He finds ways to make every engagement successful and enjoyable for everyone involved. Jeremy believes that while change can be difficult, it doesn’t have to be painful.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Jeremy was a member of the industrial engineering team for two FORTUNE® 50 companies, serving in a variety of roles from planning to execution. Jeremy has a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. 

What makes Jeremy different

Jeremy takes fun seriously. A veteran Ohio State tailgater, he owns an ambulance that he customized himself to be able to assist fellow Buckeyes who may be in need. Jeremy also enjoys international travel, Las Vegas and all that comes with it, and golf.

Where Jeremy makes an impact

The positivity that Jeremy brings to work every day also motivates him to create impact in the community. He volunteers with Future Cities, an organization that gets middle school students involved in STEM careers by organizing a competition in which students build a "future city" using STEM principles.
