As the leader of West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, Keith is passionate about creating value in complex transactions and balancing risk while pursuing value creation opportunities. Under his guidance on carve-out transactions across operations and technology functions, clients see an average of 30% reduction in timeline and cost. Keith has led teams on more than 200 private carve-out transactions and uses that knowledge to quickly identify issues and opportunities, estimate standalone costs, negotiate favorable TSAs and execute market differentiating separation approaches, resulting in millions of dollars in value created.
Keith is a partner who will roll up his sleeves to dig into the most complex deals. He also prides himself on growing the next generation of M&A practitioners as a mentor.
Keith has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
What makes Keith different
Keith was the youngest person ever to be promoted to director at West Monroe. He lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three daughters. When he’s not in the backyard playing with his girls, he’s applying his industrial engineering skills to crafting and optimizing the ideal trip to Disney World.
Where Keith makes an impact
Keith serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the Department of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where his efforts are focused on the Business Perspectives Committee that aims to increase the depth and attractiveness of the department’s relationships with corporations.
