He also continues to lead our Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the Northeast—a role he has held since 2020.

With deep global expertise in corporate strategy, performance improvement, post-merger integration, supply chain, and change management, Peter guides clients through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions – from strategy, analysis, and planning to integration and optimization.
Peter has built a track record of helping clients realize deal value by blending his formidable business acumen with strong leadership skills and broad industry knowledge.
Before joining our team, Peter led the Strategy and Operations consulting practice and the North East Region at Strong-Bridge Envision. Prior to that, he spent a decade with Pöyry Management Consulting. He also founded a firm that was acquired by the Pöyry Group.
Peter earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
