He recently helped a Fortune 50 company accelerate product launch by four months while increasing R&D efficiency by 30%. His expertise in IoT strategies has improved operations across product engineering, smart buildings, and supply chains, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

With over two decades of experience, Randal has guided companies through digital transformation, optimizing IT, finance, and supply chain functions. Before joining West Monroe in 2022, he led Cognizant’s IoT and Engineering practice, transforming it into a top-performing group. He holds an MBA from Yale University.
