End-to-end credit cycle time reductions of 55%, middle and back office expense reductions of 18%, fee income improvements of 17% and Relationship Manager revenue lift of over 35%.
A true team player, Tom works closely with his national financial services team members to collaborate and develop creative strategies and innovative solutions that help clients solve their most complex and challenging issues and realize breakthrough results that are sustained over time.
Tom joined West Monroe as part of the firm’s acquisition of CAST Management Consultants, a boutique financial services consultancy serving the top 50 banks and insurance companies for which he was the President and CEO. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
