Having been a part of West Monroe since our first year in business, Tom has always had a hand in making us one of the fastest-growing consultancies. Today, he applies that experience as the firm’s chief revenue officer (CRO). He leads a Revenue Growth team responsible for making sure all revenue-generating activities – including sales, account management, client service and delivery support, client success, and quality – are fully aligned and focused on helping clients achieve digital leadership.
In addition to working closely with many of West Monroe’s clients to drive growth and transformation initiatives, he also spends time mentoring the firm’s director team. He joined West Monroe in 2002, later moved from Chicago to Seattle, and then returned home to Minneapolis. Previously, he was a consultant for Arthur Andersen, designing technology-led solutions for large clients. His consulting experience has spanned multiple industries, including, healthcare, manufacturing, software technology, and private equity. He has a B.S. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
What makes Tom different
In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, playing as well as coaching hockey throughout the year, skiing in the mountain of Colorado, Montana, and Alaska, and spending as much of his summer wakesurfing on Lake Minnetonka.
Where Tom makes an impact
Tom prides himself on taking advantage of everything Minneapolis has to offer, no matter what season. In the winter, you’ll find him as a head coach for the Edina Hockey Association. He also supports his alma mater as a board member for the ISA Advisory Board for the Miami University Farmer School of Business.
