West Monroe was recognized for meeting the high standards of candidate experience excellence by the Talent Board for the 5th consecutive year.
West Monroe was one of 55 companies honored by the Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience, with a 2020 North American Candidate Experience (CandE) award. More than 130 companies registered to participate in the 2020 CandE Awards program, which ultimately collected the thoughts and experiences of over 152,000 job candidates.
“We’re honored to once again be recognized for providing a high-quality candidate experience for those seeking a career with West Monroe,” states Director Kelly Penry, who leads West Monroe’s Talent Acquisition team
Like many other organizations grappling with the COVID-19 pandemic, West Monroe had to pivot to a completely virtual recruiting process in 2020. This recognition from the Talent Board validates the investments our Talent Acquisition team made to ensure we maintained our high standards for candidate experience, even as the process looked very different.

Winners of the CandE awards are identified through a comprehensive data analysis based on their job candidates’ satisfaction survey scores. Survey respondents include both candidates who were hired and not hired. The final analysis included four key questions that had a significant impact on determining the winners: the candidates’ overall ranking of their candidate experience, the likelihood that they would reapply to the organization, whether or not they would refer other job seekers to the organization and how the candidates would change their business relationship status with the organization going forward based on their experience.
Honorees will be recognized during the Talent Board’s 2020 CandE Awards virtual conference November 18-19, 2020.
