West Monroe again named a 2022 North American Candidate Experience Award recipient
West Monroe has once again been awarded a 2022 North American Candidate Experience Award (CandE). West Monroe was honored for meeting the high standards of candidate experience excellence by the Talent Board for the 7th consecutive year.
Winners of the CandE awards are identified through a comprehensive data analysis based on their job candidates’ satisfaction survey scores. Survey respondents include both candidates who were hired and not hired. The final analysis included four key questions that had a significant impact on determining the winners: the candidates’ overall ranking of their candidate experience, the likelihood that they would reapply to the organization, whether or not they would refer other job seekers to the organization and how the candidates would change their business relationship status with the organization going forward based on their experience.
West Monroe ranked No. 36 on the list this year and is one of 62 companies honored by the Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience with industry benchmarks that highlight accountability, fairness and business impact. More than 150 unique companies registered to participate in the 2022 CandE Awards program, which ultimately collected the thoughts and experiences of over 200,000 job candidates.
Honorees will be recognized during the Talent Board’s 2022 CandE Awards conference in Dallas, TX on November 2-3, 2022.
