West Monroe, a national business and technology consulting firm, today announced it has been recognized as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in Chicago.
West Monroe ranked No. 5, based on analysis of survey responses from more than 30,000 current employees across the U.S along with rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback.

Since opening its doors in 2002, West Monroe has grown to more than 1,500 employees nationally, with more than 850 employees in the Chicago office, and aims to nearly double the local workforce to 1,600 people by 2024. Our Chicago office serves a multitude of local clients in the financial services, private equity, consumer and industrial products, energy and utilities, retail high-tech and software, and healthcare and life sciences industries.
