West Monroe maintains title as one of Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces for the 11th Year in a Row
Chicago-based firm ranked 9th among mid-sized companies evaluated.
West Monroe has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Chicago Tribune. The report ranked West Monroe 9th among mid-sized companies. West Monroe was one of 150 employers recognized in the annual workplace report, a combined effort between the Chicago Tribune and its partner, Energage, which surveys employees to measure several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

The rankings were revealed at a virtual awards ceremony on October 29, and The Chicago Tribune published the complete list of Top Workplaces in a special edition published on October 31.
