West Monroe again named to Consulting Magazine’s “Best Firms to Work For’ list
West Monroe has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the 2022 Best Firms to Work For, ranking No. 11 on the list. This is the 13th consecutive year West Monroe has received this recognition, and the 11th year in a row on the large firms list.
The ranking is a comprehensive look at quality of life within the consulting profession’s top firms, based on an independent survey of over 12,000 consultants representing more than 300 firms. The award measures employee satisfaction in the following six categories: culture, career development, work/life balance, client engagement, compensation and benefits, and firm leadership.

The actual rankings were revealed at a special gala on September 15, 2022, in Chicago and published in the September issue of Consulting Magazine.
