West Monroe’s Jennifer Roths, a partner in the firm’s Financial Services practice, and Tanya Sukhu, a partner in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, have each been honored as one of Consulting Magazine’s 2022 Women Leaders in Consulting.
This award program recognizes women leaders impacting the consulting profession. The publication selected winners in distinct categories — Jennifer is recognized for Excellence in Client Service and Tanya as Mentor of the Year.
Jennifer is the leader of West Monroe’s Agricultural Lending and Midwest Financial Services practice. She founded and built the firm’s Agricultural Lending & Farm Credit practice and now serves as the account director for over 15 agriculture lenders and farm credit associations, representing over $350 billion in credit out to United States farmers, ranchers, and producers. She thrives on bringing people together to achieve higher success through deep collaboration with her clients and teams.
“Jen is a true standout in the agricultural lending space and this award is a testament to all of her accomplishments,” said Jodi Bednar, senior partner and incoming Chicago Office lead.
Financial institutions, especially in ag lending, increasingly see the need to become more digital and adopt the latest technology that’s rapidly transforming the agriculture industry. Jen and her team continue to bring their expertise and trusted counsel to clients leading them to become digitally enabled organizations.
