West Monroe’s Jonathan Kern Named a 2022 Corporate Development Professional to Watch by Middle Market Growth
West Monroe is proud to announce that Jonathan Kern, head of corporate development at West Monroe, has been named a 2022 Corporate Development Professional to Watch.
The list was compiled by Middle Market Growth editors based on suggestions from members of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) dealmaking community, who were asked to nominate professionals who are actively pursuing acquisitions or divestitures on behalf of their organizations, who are well-respected by deal partners and peers, and who have achieved success in their roles.

At West Monroe, Jonathan leads multidisciplinary teams to find and evaluate acquisition targets that provide a good fit with our strategy and culture. Since he joined West Monroe in early 2020, we have completed major acquisitions – including our largest to date – that have added key capabilities in IT strategy, business process outsourcing, strategic sourcing, and data science. Throughout his career, he has worked on acquisitions on six continents. Altogether, his experience includes more than 200 transactions involving public, private, family-owned, and private equity-backed businesses ranging in size from $1 million to $400 million.
