West Monroe’s Kate Kiyosaki named to Consulting Magazine's 2023 ‘Rising Stars of the Profession’
West Monroe is proud to announce that Kate Kiyosaki, a partner in the firm’s healthcare & life sciences practice, has been named by Consulting® magazine as one of the 2023 Rising Stars of the Profession in the Excellence in Client Service category. This annual award program recognizes emerging industry leaders under the age of 35.

Kate has more than a decade of industry experience delivering transformational initiatives, most recently focused on the front office of health plans–specifically, product innovation, marketing and communications governance, customer experience, and digital transformation. She has enabled health plans to save $10 million annually by switching to digital channels. In addition to helping West Monroe’s clients “be digital” through engagement support, Kate also focuses on training our team members and helping them grow their expertise in payer front office work. Her passion for mentoring the next generation of leaders has resulted in her being a five-time Sequoia award-winner, the firm’s most prestigious award that recognizes outstanding efforts in mentoring.
“I can’t think of anyone more deserving for this award than Kate. She is a true role model in client service for some of our biggest health plans clients as they navigate front office transformations,” said Paul Horner, senior partner in West Monroe’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.

The publication will honor all the Rising Stars award recipients at a gala dinner in Chicago on April 20.
