Pace Harmon, a leading IT and business services transformation advisory firm acquired by West Monroe in 2020, was named to the prestigious IAOP® 2021 World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors list for the 12th year. The annual awards program honors outstanding global outsourcing advisory and consulting firms.
Pace Harmon received distinctions for Customer References, Awards & Certifications, Programs for Innovation, and Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility. In addition, the firm was designated an “All Star” for receiving a star in all five judging categories and was included on the “Sustained Excellence” list for making the Top 100 List for more than five consecutive years.
Judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.

West Monroe’s acquisition of Pace Harmon in November 2020 added depth in transformation advisory for the firm, as well as new capabilities in IT strategy and business process outsourcing, procurement, and vendor management. Combined, the two firms offer comprehensive technology and business transformation services.
