West Monroe again named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by the L.A. Business Journal

West Monroe has been named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles in the large business category. This is the office’s eighth consecutive year participating in this recognition effort, ranking No. 26 this year.

“Receiving this award yet again from the L.A. Business Journal for the eighth consecutive year reflects the unwavering strength of our ‘People First’ culture and the exceptional individuals that make up our Los Angeles team,” said Jordan Sternlieb, senior partner and West Monroe’s Los Angeles office lead.

West Monroe’s Los Angeles office opened in 2014 and serves clients across Southern California in key industries, including financial services, energy and utilities, healthcare & life sciences, and private equity. Like all West Monroe’s offices, the Los Angeles office maintains a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by an open work environment; frequent team-building events, a strong commitment to serving the local community through its social responsibility program, and a recognition awards program.

This seventeenth annual program was created by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Best Companies Group. Companies from across the county entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

The actual rankings were revealed at an awards ceremony on August 9, 2023.
