West Monroe has been recognized as 4th on the Best Workplaces in Texas by Great Place to Work®

To determine the 2020 Best Workplaces in Texas, Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback from nearly 55,000 employees in Texas. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™.

Like all West Monroe offices, the Dallas office maintains a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by frequent employee meetings and gatherings. Regular recognition awards, and a focus on inclusion and diversity through employee-led resource groups (Women’s Leadership Network, Black Employee Network, WMPride) are just two key ingredients that contribute to the thriving culture. Recent partnerships with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the First Tee, and the Communities Foundation of Texas for Business (CFT4B) allow employees to give back to the community and fulfill volunteer opportunities throughout the year. 

This is West Monroe’s first appearance on the list in Texas among companies with more than 1000 employees nationally, reflecting the continued rapid growth of the West Monroe Dallas Office. West Monroe's Dallas office has more than 75 employees and serves clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Industry focuses include private equity; banking and credit unions; consumer and industrial products; energy and utilities; and healthcare and life sciences.
