The Campus Forward awards recognized West Monroe for embracing innovative campus recruiting strategies, curating thoughtful candidate experiences, making significant investments in D&I, and supporting the next generation of leaders through impactful internships and entry-level programs.

Award-winning programs were carefully selected based on an assessment of these responses in comparison to companies in similar size categories.
