West Monroe has again been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the Best Firms to Work For, ranking No. 9 on the list, up from No. 11 in 2022. This is the 14th consecutive year West Monroe has received this recognition, and the 12th year in a row on the large firms list.

The ranking is a comprehensive look at quality of life within the consulting profession’s top firms, based on an independent survey of over 8,000 consultants representing more than 300 firms. The award measures employee satisfaction in the following six categories: culture, career development, work/life balance, client engagement, compensation and benefits, and firm leadership.
Founded in 2002 in Chicago, West Monroe has ten offices with 2,000 employees. It has received numerous national and regional accolades for its workplace and people practices.
