West Monroe was one of 21 companies named to Exelon’s 2019 Diversity & Inclusion Honor Roll, which recognizes partners in banking, insurance, IT, and professional services for their work to include women, minorities, and other diverse groups in key roles on Exelon's account teams.
“It is a tremendous honor to be named to Exelon’s Diversity & Inclusion Honor Roll,” says Jodi Bednar, director in West Monroe’s Energy and Utilities practice.
“We appreciate Exelon’s shared commitment to inclusion and diversity as it is key to our mission of building the next generation of leaders. And while diversity is a major success factor at West Monroe, it can only thrive in a workplace culture of inclusion. Working in an inclusive environment allows our people to bring their best selves every day and provide greater value to our clients.”
Honorees were commended for their work during Exelon’s Day Forum on Increasing Diversity in the Workplace on July 30, where they shared best practices and success stories. Following the forum, recipients attended the Diversity & Inclusion Honor Roll Dinner at the Art Institute of Chicago.
