West Monroe is once again proud to be named a 2022 Best Place to Work in Chicago and Seattle by Built In. In all, the firm received seven honors as part of the awards program.

Specifically, the firm was named one of the Best National Companies to Work For and both offices earned a place on The Best Places to Work list and the Best Large Companies to Work for. In addition, West Monroe was named one of Chicago’s Best Paying Companies, and one of Seattle’s Companies with the Best Benefits.

Built In’s Best Places to Work recognizes top employers across the country, featuring those who go above and beyond for their people, measuring benefits, support, culture programs, and initiatives. The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to those in the enterprise, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in the eight largest tech markets across the U.S. 

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits, and companywide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI, and other people-first cultural offerings.
