West Monroe wins ‘Deal of the Year’ at the 22nd M&A Advisor Awards
West Monroe is proud to announce that it’s the recipient of the M&A Advisor’s ‘Deal of the Year’ award for the Merger & Acquisition (M&A) practice’s advisory role for the acquisition of PANTHERx Rare from Centene Corporation by Vistria Group, General Atlantic, and Nautic Partners. This is West Monroe’s second consecutive year winning this prestigious award.

An investor consortium of leading private equity firms the Vistria Group, General Atlantic, and Nautic Partners acquired one of the fastest-growing specialty and rare disease pharmacies, PANTHERx Rare from Centene Corporation. West Monroe was proud to support both the transaction and post-close work. The deal team performed the carveout diligence, managed the entire RFP process for key New Company functions, and oversaw separation efforts to create a standalone rare and specialty pharmacy distribution company in record speed.

Evaluation of the nominees and selection of the 2023 winners was completed by an independent panel of judges comprised of industry experts.
The awards were presented at the 2023 Future of Dealmaking Summit in New York City on November 15, 2023. Earlier this year, West Monroe’s Jordan Nouhan and Madeline Verbeten were named winners of M&A Advisor’s 14th Annual Emerging Leaders Award.
