West Monroe’s Mazen Ghalayini named one of Consulting® Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants of 2019

CHICAGO – West Monroe Partners, a national business and technology consultancy, today announced that the leader of its Customer Experience practice, Mazen Ghalayini, has been named one of Consulting® magazine’s Top 25 Consultants for 2019. Ghalayini, a managing director based in Chicago, earned the “Excellence in Leadership” award in recognition of his accomplishments in practice and people development. Ghalayini leads West Monroe’s Customer Experience practice and is a member of the executive team.  

Ghalayini launched the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability in 2010 and has guided its growth and evolution through multiple acquisitions. Today, the Customer Experience practice is represented in six West Monroe offices  and helps organizations gain competitive advantage through the delivery of a differentiated customer experience to win the battle for customers. Over the course of his career, Ghalayini has personally advised many clients as they navigate the journey to become customer-centric organizations that deliver effective, profitable, and engaged customer experiences.

Ghalayini, who joined West Monroe in 2004, has twice received the firm’s Sequoia Award for leadership and mentorship.

Consulting® magazine publishes the annual list of the Top 25 Consultants to recognize top professionals in the industry. Ghalayini and the other recipients are featured in the April/May issue of Consulting® magazine and will receive their awards at a gala dinner at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City on June 13.
