West Monroe is proud to announce that Tricia Anklan, a senior manager in the firm’s Energy and Utilities practice, has been named by Consulting® magazine as one of the 2020 Rising Stars of the Profession, an annual recognition program that spotlights emerging industry leaders under the age of 35.
“Tricia has distinguished herself as a rising star at West Monroe through her commitment to client service, her ability to innovate to create value, and her passion for the water industry and the role water plays in our lives,” said Tom Hulsebosch, who leads West Monroe’s Energy and Utilities practice. “As a dedicated mentor and co-leader of our Women’s Leadership Network, she also embodies our mission to develop the next generation of leaders.”
Tricia joined West Monroe in 2012 after graduating from Bradley University. She contributed significantly to the development of West Monroe’s water offerings and has built deep expertise in transforming water utilities through implementation of new technologies and operational efficiencies. In 2015, Tricia spent eight months in Nicaragua working to improve clean water access with the non-profit EOS International, through West Monroe’s Fischer Global Service Fellowship Program.
This is the seventh year that Consulting® magazine has recognized up-and-coming leaders of the profession. The publication will honor all the Rising Stars award recipients at a gala dinner in Chicago on April 16.
