BEN's Mission
The mission of the Black Employees Network (BEN) is to foster inclusion at West Monroe through the thoughtful acquisition, retention, and growth of Black talent, the curation of culturally relevant events and thought-ware that explore the career experiences of Black employees, the creation of a supportive career network of Black employees and allies, and the building the next generation of leaders that represent a diverse marketplace.

As a co-leader of Dallas BEN (Black Employee Network), I have been given a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the work experience of my black colleagues. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a co-leader is being able to facilitate events and discussions that promote our shared experiences and challenges with our allies. Personally, I've been able to develop my leadership and communication skills by bringing awareness to our ERG and Dallas black employees
