In one role, she transitioned disparate operational and planning analysts into a centralized business analytics team, upskilled the team’s technical and visualization skills, and consolidated the reporting suite by 70%, increasing self-service and user acceptance across the business.
She believes success breeds success. So, she aims to create repeatable processes, frameworks, and reference material that build on previous wins. This philosophy has been key to breaking down data silos and building analytics capabilities that answer business problems and enable data-driven decision making.
She is an ambitious and highly proficient business analytics executive with multi-industry experience in data and analytics strategy, data storytelling, statistical analysis, and solution design. She collaborates effectively across functions to manage stakeholders, implement efficient processes, and ensure exceptional delivery.
She joined West Monroe from Zovio, where she was director of business analytics, responsible for leading the operational planning and forecasting process. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a Master of Public Administration emphasizing in quantitative policy analysis from the University of Utah, along with multiple Microsoft certifications.
Most weekends, you can find Amie playing softball. She appreciates that the weather where she lives allows her to do so year-round. She has five rescue cats: Kamri, Zoe, Bella, Mya, and Loki.
