Andrew doesn’t just bring the perspective of three decades of change in global enterprise software and infrastructure solutions. He has been at the forefront of driving that change – with a focus on driving ever-higher levels of improvement in every unique client situation. For example, he led the selection and negotiations for a business and technology transformation partner at a major food and beverage company that reduced costs by over $110 million.
He has created similar results for dozens of global Fortune 500 companies in the energy, technology, healthcare, life sciences, retail, media and manufacturing sectors. That is why Supply & Demand Chain Executive recognized Andrew as a “Pro to Know.”
A known thought leader, Andrew writes for InformationWeek, CIO magazine and the Enterprisers Project on topics ranging from digital transformation strategy to software licensing optimization to cloud software migration.
He joined West Monroe from Pace Harmon, where he led the Enterprise Software and Integration service line. He previously was chief operating officer of a 150-person technology consulting firm and a senior executive with the leading provider of advanced metering and smart grid solutions. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Andrew’s pastimes are as diverse as his consulting experiences. Away from work, his interests include golf, history, Italy, and the Boston Red Sox.
He is committed to helping his teammates succeed and develop into the best consultants, professionals, and people they can be. Celebrating accomplishments – whether they are part of the program he is guiding or personal achievements, such as a new family member – is an important part of that.
