With extensive experience guiding the industry into the digital era through data analytics, customer engagement, innovation, and value transformation, Andy understands how to navigate that complexity and deliver tangible impact. He created a leading-edge clinical management and white-glove customer service product that has changed the way employers think about utilizing their payer relationship.
He has always had a passion for helping the healthcare industry deliver faster, more efficient, and of better-quality care—and he fulfills that by developing an uncommon blend of strategy, technology, data analytics, and implementation expertise. One of his primary areas of focus has been leading product transformation efforts to implement digital first health management programs at large health clients to help lower cost and improve the health of the members they serve.
Before joining West Monroe in 2021, he was a healthcare director with Slalom Consulting. He also spent more than a decade in Accenture’s Health Analytics practice. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
What makes Andy different
Andy is an avid cyclist (mostly of the indoor variety), aspiring scratch golfer, annual skier, novice scuba diver, and budding chef who is always trying new recipes and flavors. He also enjoys live music of all varieties, including attending at least one day of Lollapalooza every year since 2006.
Where Andy makes an impact
He is active in leadership development and mentoring initiatives and aspires to find innovative ways to prepare the next generation of leaders for that challenge.
He and his wife serve on the associate board of ALIVE Rescue (animal rescue) and host an annual charity barbeque to support the growth and operations. They also support Northwestern Settlement (community support for children and families in need) by holding an annual fundraiser and toy drive for the holidays.
