Many businesses want to make significant operational and technology change to sharpen their performance—but mobilizing people to work in new ways is key to success. That’s where Ariel excels. She helps clients navigate successful corporate transformation and realize greater productivity through process redesign and employee enablement. For one client, she optimized the sales process and user experience, cutting the quoting time by 50%. This boost in sales productivity contributed to $250 million in additional revenue.

Her background includes experience in organizational effectiveness, culture, and capabilities, as well as human centered design. She draws on that expertise to develop comprehensive organizational change management and communication plans that engage stakeholders, mitigate risk, equip system users with new skills, and promote new ways of working.

Prior to joining West Monroe, she was the Organizational Change Management practice director for Simplus, responsible for engaging and enabling stakeholders across various Salesforce, Oracle, and CLM implementation projects. She also spent more than five years in data management, development, and research roles with Teach For America. She earned a degree in international affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology.

What makes Ariel different

She loves to collect old books – with a particular passion for science fiction. Anytime she is in a new city, she looks for antiques stores to peruse. She and her family enjoy life in New York City, where every neighborhood feels like its own little town. She participates in our Chiefs program as part of the hot sauce committee.

Where Ariel makes an impact

She strives to continuously acquire knowledge and certification and is active in the Metro New York chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals and Salesforce Knowledge User Group. She enjoys mentoring team members and serving in the community and is on the board of her church.
