Bart is a motivated and innovative sales executive and account manager with a wide range of experience collaborating with executive teams to dramatically increase the efficiency of their organizations. He was recently instrumental in securing a large-scale operational efficiencies program for a top 10 Fortune ranked pharmaceutical distributor that resulted in $8 million in annual labor cost savings.
Bart excels at listening first to clients’ concerns and challenges and then bringing together the proper strategic, tactical, and technical subject matter expertise to create effective solutions. His organizational skills and attention to detail help him carry out his role quickly and efficiently.
Bart joined West Monroe in 2015 after serving in several sales and account executive roles focused on the supply chain, distribution, and logistics sectors. He began his career in the distribution and logistics space in 1995 with a leading manufacturer and distributor of loading-dock & warehouse equipment.
Bart lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Elisa, and their dog, Lexi. He takes advantage of the Midwest seasons by snowmobiling in the winter and boating in the summer. Bart’s strong work ethic and focus on customer satisfaction started at age 12 with his first job at a local pet store.
Over the course of his career, Bart has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including wholesale distribution, retail, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, high tech, publishing, and third-party logistics.
