Long known for her blend of business leadership, industry expertise, technical savvy, and data management acumen, Beth solves business problems with an eye toward innovation and value creation. For one organization, she led the design and development of a SaaS-based suite of artificial intelligence/machine learning products that generated double-digit increases in annual recurring revenue. For another, she fast-tracked data-driven innovations, yielding $32 million in additional revenue while enhancing intellectual property valuation by 30%.
Adept at fostering cross-functional collaboration, she partners with data scientists, developers, clinicians, regulatory specialists, analysts, and business leaders to launch innovative digital products that accelerate revenue growth and achieve sustainable results. She is also passionate about connecting good ideas with great people to drive change and business model transformation. That drove her to support the inception of three start-ups, two spin-offs, and a half-dozen product commercialization and go-to-market strategies.
She joined West Monroe from 4th-IR, where she was a co-founder and chief operating officer. Previously, she led innovation and intellectual property services for Cancer Treatment Centers of America. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and master’s degrees in healthcare innovation and international affairs from Arizona State University and the University of South Carolina, respectively.
While her family has houses in Chicago and South Florida, she considers Chicago to be “home” – where she enjoys not only the friendly ambience and beautiful architecture, but also the chance to cheer on the Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, and Cubs. You’re likely to find her outdoors – running, biking, swimming, hiking, or skiing. An avid cook, she makes a mean paella.
Innovation is her passion. She is continuously developing new products and services and is a member of the Chicago Innovation Roundtable. She is also a long-time supporter of Special Olympics and relishes the chance to help athletes be their best.
