Brett works with banks and credit unions, designing and leading optimization projects using best-in-class loan origination solutions built on state-of-the- art, cloud-based technologies.
A respected and experienced advisor to senior industry leaders, Brett’s areas of focus include commercial lending transformation, digital bank transformation, customer experience design, omnichannel delivery, branch rationalization, business process improvement, operating model design, core banking, and risk and regulatory solutions.
Knowledgeable, hands-on and collaborative, Brett has a track record of enabling business processes and strategies through the use of technology, including extensive experience in vendor assessment and selection, requirements gathering, and implementation planning and management.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Brett was a senior manager at Accenture and also spent 12 years with First Citizens Bank. Brett earned a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Outside the office, Brett and his wife have their hands full raising triplets – two girls and a boy.
Where Brett makes an impact
A strong believer in the power of community, Brett makes time to serve his local Boy Scout Troop as assistant scoutmaster. He also chairs a church finance committee.
