Calvin leads strategy, planning, design, and delivery of digitally enabled customer-centric solutions for his clients to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Over the course of his career, Calvin has acquired deep expertise in digital strategy, innovation, customer experience, digital marketing, sales effectiveness, and digital technology for eCommerce, mobile apps, social media, personalization, and content management. 

Calvin is known for his passion for helping his clients succeed and his enthusiastic and collaborative working style. He enjoys mentoring early career consultants just as his mentors invested in his career development.

Calvin joined West Monroe in 2018 after his time at Deloitte Consulting and Point B, where he helped to grow those firms in the areas of Digital, Retail, Distribution, and Consumer Brands. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.

What makes Calvin different

After graduating from college, Calvin backpacked across Australia, Western Europe and the UK and completed bartending school before beginning his business career. He is a devoted husband and father of three children and is closely involved with their school events and sports activities.

Where Calvin makes an impact

Compassionate and community focused, Calvin and his family volunteer at Feed My Starving Children. They also support GRIP Outreach for Youth in Chicago, investing in the lives of youth through Christ-centered, Life-on-Life relationships.
