With a background in the utility industry, Carolyn is uniquely positioned to understand her clients’ challenges. Carolyn thrives in building relationships with her clients, understanding their challenges and bringing innovative digital solutions to the table.
She enjoys working with creative and engineering teams from product strategy to development – and seeing the positive impact digital products bring to employees and customers. She recently led the discovery, development and launch of a custom-built Energy Efficiency Benchmarking Portal for a large east coast utility, in support of their clean energy customer digital transformation. She has also supervised the launch of an intranet for more than 15,000 employees that was selected as one of the top-10 Intranets for 2020 by the Nielsen Norman Group.
Internally, Carolyn is committed to delivering value for her clients by building diverse teams. She is an executive sponsor for West Monroe's Women's Leadership Network ERG and is a mentor to fellow women in product and technology throughout the firm.
Carolyn joined West Monroe from Public Service Enterprise Group, where she was the manager for the Business Performance Excellence group. She has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.
A dedicated athlete, Carolyn is a certified running coach, competes in triathlons and marathons, and was a Division I swimmer at Villanova University. She lives in Manhattan and volunteers with Girls on the Run New York City.
Carolyn is dedicated to helping shape the next generation of engineering students as a mentor at her alma mater. She is currently the president-elect of the Women’s Energy Network NYC Chapter and is serving her second full year on the board.
