Chip partners with strategic and financial buyers across the deal life cycle to create value and minimize risk. He has a diverse background across industries and transaction types, but his focus lies in driving successful mergers in the technology, healthcare, and field service industries. Chip has led integration engagements focused on achieving strategic objectives and value targets set during diligence and planning. To accomplish this, he partnered with clients to develop integration strategies and synergy capture plans to realize the desired transaction benefits.
Chip has managed overall organization integrations, technology and shared services function integrations, and post-merger value optimization initiatives directly. Additionally, Chip has managed technology and shared service department stand-ups during carve-out transactions. He directed the stand-up of back-office teams for a new company carved out from a Fortune 250 corporation. An energetic and collaborative leader, Chip directs and mentors project teams, and provides trusted advice to clients.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2011, Chip was a strategy analyst with Cummins Turbo Technologies. He has a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
