As a leader in West Monroe’s Software M&A team, Chris specializes in pre-close technology and operational transaction advisory, as well as post-close integration and separation leadership. A trusted advisor to many private equity firms and management teams, Chris has led more than 300 M&A transactions over the last decade.
Chris specializes in helping SaaS and tech-enabled services companies navigate complex M&A situations including growth initiatives, add-on investments, multi-company mergers, and carveouts. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations optimize their product management, product development, and back office operational functions and systems. Chris was awarded M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders award in 2018.
Chris has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
What makes Chris different
When he isn’t working, Chris spends his time with his wife and family in Columbus. Chris is an avid runner, having completed four marathons. He also enjoys hiking and skiing when he has the opportunity.
Where Chris makes an impact
Chris is passionate about mentorship and developing West Monroe’s next generation of leaders, as well as leading recruiting at his alma mater in Oxford, Ohio. He is also active in the Columbus community where he volunteers at his church and other local organizations.
