Whether he’s developing an acquisition strategy or leading integration planning and execution, Dan is focused on realizing his client’s investment thesis through all phases of a transaction.
Having advised on over 100 transactions, Dan has both the insights and experience to provide the right analysis and achievable recommendations that creates value for his client and helps them meet their objectives. His experience spans the range of the deal lifecycle, including strategy development, carve-out planning and execution, due diligence, and integration.
Fluent in both technology issues and solutions, Dan works collaboratively across West Monroe’s Compliance, Cybersecurity, Technology and Cloud & Infrastructure teams to create multidisciplinary solutions that produce competitive advantage.
Dan holds a Bachelors of Business Administration, with a focus in Finance, from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
Dan’s ability to analyze data to create an actionable plan has paid off personally: he’s traveled around the world on airline miles four times. While traveling, he enjoys both street food and fine dining to experience all angles on global dining culture.
Most recently, Dan led the simultaneous technology carve-out and integration of two organizations to create a new, $1B+ life sciences company. He facilitated Day One readiness planning, carve-out and integration planning, and change management.
