Few things motivate Dan more than the chance to solve a complex business problem with technology. That’s not a surprise for someone who has been working with computers since he was four.
Over the course of his career, Dan has built distinctive acumen in areas such as telecom and network design, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Operational Technology, and IT strategy - along with significant industry experience. Today, he turns that multidisciplinary perspective into tangible benefits for clients.
His focus is working with electrical utilities, where he builds networks that enable secure, resilient, and scalable data transport across the grid. For manufacturers, he designs networks and security controls to mitigate risks to reduce the likelihood and duration of production downtime. And across all sectors, he leverages cloud services to improve operational efficiency and enable rapid growth. In addition, he frequently conducts IT due diligence for transactions – helping buyers understand and mitigate risks to realize the value of their investments.
Dan interned with West Monroe during college and joined us full time after graduation. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and holds several technical certifications.
In his free time, Dan likes to ride his motorcycles, try good beer, and travel to new places – although he is still partial to summers in the Chicago area.
Dan enjoys providing technical guidance and strategy to help his clients meet their business goals. He also provides enthusiastic leadership within our Networking and Energy & Utilities-Technology teams.
