A highly experienced financial services consultant, Dana has especially deep expertise in Bank Security Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) compliance and risk mitigation. She has helped banks ranging in size from $10 billion to $100 billion to remediate MRAs, implement new regulatory requirements and capitalize on opportunities to gain organizational efficiencies. Dana has worked with each of her clients to strengthen their culture of compliance while partnering with business lines to improve employee and customer experience.
Dana believes that the key to success on any project is to take the time to actively listen and understand the root cause of a client’s challenges and develop solutions that are deeply responsive to unique client needs. She is a team player who approaches every project with a we-can-accomplish-anything attitude and takes pride in mentoring newer consultants on how to deliver value that exceeds client expectations.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Dana was a director at CAST Management Consultants. She has a bachelor’s degree from Denison University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She is a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS).
Dana enjoys traveling with friends to new places and immersing herself in different cultures. Dana loves to ski, surf, and hike. She has swum with penguins in the Galapagos and played with elephants in Thailand.
Dana serves as a board member of the Caritas Foundation, a global network of relief, development, and social service organizations.
