With three decades of experience as a business advisor and technology leader, Dave skillfully assists organizations in optimizing their technology product delivery – from single teams to enterprises – through the application of Agile culture and practices through a variety of offerings, including assessments, training, and advising.
Dave’s background as a software development manager, Agile team leader, and database developer spans content and digital rights management, digital and print publishing, financial services analysis and reporting, customer account management, investment research, and consumer and industrial mobile applications.
A noted figure in Chicago’s Agile community, Dave is the founder and host of the Agile Angle Chicago Meetup Group and a board member of the Chicago Agile Professional Learning Network. He is a regular public speaker for a variety of associations and non-profit organizations and is equally at home in the boardroom or the classroom.
Dave joined West Monroe from Solstice Consulting, where he was an Agile transformation practice leader and delivery manager. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.

Where David makes an impact
Dave is passionate about volunteer work and community service. He spends hundreds of hours each year serving as a Scoutmaster with his hometown Boy Scout Troop and as a Council Officer for the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic Fraternal charitable Organization founded in 1882.
