Don McFeggan

With an extensive background in complex mergers and acquisitions, Don provides leadership and expertise for pre-deal IT infrastructure due diligence, working with private equity and strategic buyers to assess potential targets. He also brings extensive carve-out, post-merger integration, and process improvement experience.

Don’s experience spans a wide array of technologies and industries, which brings him a keen understanding of verticals ranging from banking to healthcare.

Don joined West Monroe in 2019. He had spent 17 years in various roles with Littelfuse, Inc., in Chicago, including leading and managing development of the Global Infrastructure & Operations team. He has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.

What makes Don different

When he isn’t exploring countries like India, China, and the Philippines, Don loves to spend time with his family and friends. His favorite pastimes include fishing and cheering on his local Chicago sports teams.

Where Don makes an impact

Don has guided teams across North America, Europe, and Asia through risk assessments, budgeting, resource planning, and project management. He also integrated multiple heterogeneous computing environments into one standard environment, while building a global team that supported an organization that doubled in size over six years.
