Regulatory uncertainty, new payment models, and evolving digital health technologies are among the forces driving health plans to transform their operations and technology. That’s where Ed comes in. Always one to embrace new challenges, he has navigated these situations before and delivered results for clients. His large-scale transformation work with health plans often returns three to five times the program investment.
Having helped a variety of clients optimize business functions, processes, and systems to achieve growth and efficiency goals, he has gained deep skills in health plan data operations and claims analysis. But his passions also include improving healthcare, his natural ability to communicate complex ideas, and his continuous focus on results that have enabled him to develop such strong partnerships with client executives.
He joined West Monroe in 2016 in its acquisition of Invoyent, LLC, where he focused on delivering IT solutions that enabled health plan business strategies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in community health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Illinois Chicago.
What makes Edward different
He is the first member of his family to attend and graduate from college, but he didn’t stop there. He also went on to earn a graduate degree. During his free time, he enjoys traveling, sporting events, and spending time with family.

He views these relationships as opportunities to give back and provide guidance in a way that many people provided to him. He has been nominated for and received two internal awards for mentoring. He also enjoys volunteering and helping others in his local community.
