Elli joined West Monroe through its acquisition of GoKart Labs, a digital product studio. Prior to GoKart, Elli worked in development with The Nerdery, a user experience and development firm.
A mother, music lover, and cyclist, Elli travels as often as possible, seeking out lazy beach vacations as well as challenging camping and hiking trips. She is also an avid reader of detective novels.
Elli creates impact in her industry and community through a variety of initiatives. She a board member of TechnovationMN, a group that develops programs to bring more girls into STEM-related fields of study.
She is creator and host of the podcast, Professional Humans, which explores the challenges integrating work and life. Elli was also co-founder, photographer, and curator for the non-profit, Of Scars, a project that explored all facets of living with the physical and emotional scars of breast cancer.
