Eric brings a distinctive blend of business consulting and technology expertise to help his clients leverage data and analytics capabilities to reach their strategic goals. He implemented a modern analytics platform that allowed a private equity portfolio company to quickly integrate data across its 26 subsidiaries. This enabled previously unattainable analytics which recently contributed to a 300% growth in the company’s valuation.
A fun, collaborative, and inclusive teammate, Eric believes in getting to know both his co-workers and clients on a personal level. He’s also the Chief Homebrewing Officer of West Monroe and an active member of the charity committee.
Eric joined West Monroe in 2010 from Paradigm Corporation, where he was a business intelligence developer. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
