Estelle Mangeney

Working with utilities to design and deliver grid modernization and related projects, Estelle combines extensive utility software and IT expertise with strong business skills. On a recent project, she implemented operational efficiencies at a key West Coast utility to fund grid modernization projects worth $10 million. She also led a large-scale meter data management systems deployment in North America, the U.K., and Canada.

Estelle joined West Monroe in 2019 from Smarter Grid Solutions, where she was the North America lead for delivery and operations. She brings a sense of organization and mentorship to her team, along with a strict attention to detail. She has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and an M.S. from EPF Ecole Polytechnique Féminine in Sceaux, France.In 2023, Estelle was named to the Women in Hydrogen 50 list by the Hydrogen Economist.

What makes Estelle different

Estelle lives in Darien, Connecticut, with her family. Fluent in French, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and travelling.

Where Estelle makes an impact

Prior to her time at West Monroe, Estelle managed delivery of large DERMS projects, as well as grid modernization research and development projects with organizations such as NYSERDA, Con Edison, Avangrid, Hydro One, Tucson Electric Power, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratory, and San Diego Gas & Electric.
