Turning solution architecture into tangible business value is Etienne’s specialty—and the Salesforce platform is how he does it. He helped a major financial services company reduce its post-close process by 55% by using a quantitative approach to the different phases of the process. That digital transformation effort united sales, operations, and marketing on a unified Salesforce platform.
In addition to applying his deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to create value for clients, Etienne also helps lead our Einstein Analytics center of excellence, and serves as a subject matter expert on Commerce Cloud.
He takes a business-first approach to solution architecture. This has enabled him to improve the customer relationship management (CRM) experience for more than a dozen companies since joining West Monroe in 2015.
Previously, he was a development operations manager and SharePoint administration specialist with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. He earned a degree from the University of Texas and holds multiple Salesforce certifications.
He is passionate about baseball, and especially his son’s games. He also enjoys fishing and visiting national parks. His creativity extends beyond Salesforce solutions, too – in his spare time, he writes and records parody commercials for a popular Dallas radio show.
He considers himself fortunate to have been the career advisor to four West Monroe colleagues and counts their progress as a personal highlight of his own career.
He has served as the chief of recognition for our Dallas office and the Customer Solutions practice, leading efforts to revamp both programs to recognize more people and teams while keeping meetings light and relatively brief.
