Frank serves as a team lead for digital workplace and technology automation projects. He helped a financial services firm completely revamp their people, process, and technology components of IT, removing more than two decades of technical debt and building a platform to enable future growth. The platform included work-from-anywhere capabilities that proved useful during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Frank has been with West Monroe since 2006. In the meantime, he earned an Executive Education Certificate from Yale University and dozens of certifications on Microsoft technologies. He also has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Frank’s passion for technology doesn’t end when he leaves the office. He enjoys building electronics and developing software in his spare time. He is married and has a daughter with Jennifer, who also used to be a part of the West Monroe team. The family has two cats named Moe and Larry.
